Due to continued business growth we require an experienced Fire and Security Service and Maintenance Engineer with excellent communication and customer service skills,

  • Able to liaise effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Organised, methodical and focused.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the maintenance of a variety of security systems and all types of signalling

devices including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms, Intruder Systems.

  • Responsible for fault finding, diagnostics and rectification of systems.
  • Providing customer training on the use of fire security systems to both individuals and groups.
  • Identifying customer requirements and advising recommended alterations and updates.
  • Providing 24-hour emergency call out services
  • Using a PDA to send and receive work reports.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We design, install, commission and maintain Fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, Intruder alarm systems and Access Control systems.
We hold BAFE, NSI and BSI QMS accreditations.
